A Passion Permit is not a pitch deck or a business plan. It is a structured 15-minute submission that describes your passion, your intended community, and the type of spoke or hub you want to build. It is the formal entry point into the ARC network.

Once submitted, a Concierge from 02-04 New Project Development opens an intake conversation with you. They guide you through the six-stage Stage Gate process — from idea to live spoke to full hub formation. You do not need a plan. You need a passion and a willingness to build properly.

What is ARC?

ARC is not a single community, product, or platform. It is a federation of independent, self-governing hubs — each built around a specific passion, trade, or niche — connected by shared infrastructure, shared standards, and a shared development pathway that turns participants into owners.

A system for building networks that last

Most communities plateau. They grow to a point, then stall — because they were built around a single person, a single platform, or a single product. ARC is designed to avoid this. Every hub operates independently, governed by five facilitators. Every project is documented before it is operated. Every participant has a pathway to becoming an owner. When a hub grows, it replicates — it does not expand endlessly. The system scales by multiplying, not inflating.

ARC Core

The governing centre. Sets doctrine, approves hubs, maintains standards across the network. Holds a 5% structural share class in every hub with override rights — not platform control. Governs through equity, not infrastructure.

Self-governing units of five facilitators. Each hub is a separate company with its own infrastructure — Netlify site, Stripe account, Mailchimp, Calendly. ARC does not host or control hub infrastructure. Each hub owns and operates its own instance.

Every ARC hub started with one person who cared deeply about something. The pathway from that idea to a self-sustaining hub with co-founder equity is structured, documented, and open to anyone who commits to it. Here is exactly how it works.

You have a passion

It might be a trade, a collecting niche, a skill, a local community, or a type of business. The only requirement is that it is real — something you already know, already do, or already care about. ARC does not manufacture communities. It builds structure around genuine ones.

The Passion Permit is a structured submission form — not a pitch deck, not a business plan. It asks you to describe your passion, the community it serves, what already exists, and what you would want ARC to help you build. It takes around fifteen minutes to complete. Fill it out below.

Intake conversation

A Concierge from the New Project Development hub (02-04) reviews your submission and schedules a Calendly call. This is a 30-minute conversation — not a pitch, not an interview. We are working out together whether ARC is the right structure for your project and what the next step looks like.

A facilitator is assigned

If your project passes the Stage Gate, a dedicated Concierge facilitator is assigned to your project. They guide you through the development process, connect you to the right cluster hubs (Legal, Financing, Sales & Marketing), and act as your point of contact inside the ARC system.

Rim project — community first

You start with a rim project — a lightweight community presence in your niche. A WhatsApp group, a social media presence, a small gathering point. The goal is to validate real demand before building infrastructure. ARC helps you structure it and populate it.

Spoke — a structured program

Once demand is proven, the rim project becomes a spoke — a formally structured ARC community with membership tiers, facilitators, documented procedures, and a development pathway for members. Your community now has the infrastructure to grow reliably.

Hub — co-founder status

When the spoke is mature and your team of five facilitators is in place, the spoke becomes a hub. You become a co-founder. You hold equity. The hub has its own company structure, its own infrastructure, and its own revenue split — with ARC Core taking a 5% structural share class and the remainder distributed to co-founders and facilitators.

It replicates — passive income

A hub does not expand indefinitely. When it reaches capacity, it replicates — seeding a new hub in the same niche or an adjacent one. Each replication generates a new equity structure. Intellectual Property — What You Need to Know

You own what you build.
ARC holds the licence to operate it.

Before you begin your journey inside the ARC system, it is important that you understand how intellectual property works — what you will own, what ARC owns, and how the two interact. This is not small print. It is the foundation of how ARC operates, and we ask every candidate to read it carefully.

How the Licence Works

When your spoke graduates to a hub, ARC grants your Co-Founder group a licence to operate under the ARC system. This is not a franchise fee. It is an equity arrangement — ARC takes a stakeholding in your hub in exchange for the systems, infrastructure, support, and brand that make your hub viable.

The IP you build within your community — your culture, your members, your niche identity — remains yours. The systems you operate on remain ARC's. This distinction is clearly documented in your Hub Agreement, which is reviewed and signed before any hub launches.

Why This Matters

ARC is built on clarity, not ambiguity. We document ownership because we want every hub co-founder to know exactly what they are building, what they are earning, and what obligations they carry. There should never be a dispute about who owns what — because it is written down, agreed to, and signed before a single spoke goes live. Data retention

We retain personal data for as long as is necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected. Enquiry form submissions and Foundation Program registrations are retained for 24 months. Communication history is retained for the duration of any active project or membership relationship.

This site is hosted on Netlify. Booking is managed through Calendly. Email communication may be managed through Mailchimp. Each of these services has its own privacy policy. ARC is not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party services.

ARC is a community ownership network. Every decision is made with the long-term health of the community first. Commercial outcomes follow from genuine community value — not the other way around.

Document before you operate

Every process, role, and system in ARC is documented before it is operated. This is how the network survives individuals, scales without chaos, and maintains standards across every hub.

Equity is earned, not assigned

Everyone in the ARC network who holds equity earned it through contribution — as a Facilitator, a Co-Founder, or a member who built something real. Equity reflects what you put in and what you helped others build.

The Facilitator is the network

ARC's quality lives or dies with its Facilitators. They are not administrators. They are the human relationship at the centre of every member's journey. Standards are non-negotiable.

Spokes grow freely — standards hold firm

Any community, business, or passion area can become an ARC spoke. There is no limit on what the network can include. But every spoke operates to the same standards, uses the same systems, and is accountable to the same governance framework.

The Concierge is the first person a new project idea meets inside ARC. You review Passion Permit submissions, qualify the idea, and route the person to the right pathway — whether that's the Foundation Program, a Facilitator conversation, or a referral to a specialist hub.

What you do

Review incoming Passion Permit submissions. Have intake conversations. Route people to the right program or Facilitator. Keep the pipeline moving.

What you need

Good judgment, genuine curiosity about people's ideas, and the ability to ask the right questions. No specific background required.

Part-time, remote, structured. Sits inside the 02-04 New Development Hub. Operated under a Facilitator with full system support.

You don't pitch to cold leads. You receive a proper introduction to someone who is ready for exactly what you do.

This is not a directory. It is not a marketplace. It is a structured, human-managed referral system built around relationships — and it works because the Facilitator owns the client relationship and only introduces them to a specialist when the timing and fit are right.

How a referral works — start to finish

A member joins ARC and takes the Foundation Pillar

Every ARC member starts with a free Pillar assessment — 10 questions across five business dimensions. Their score tells the Facilitator exactly where the gaps are and which specialist hub they need. By the time a brief reaches you, the member has already self-identified their problem and committed to solving it.

The Facilitator qualifies the need

The Facilitator works with the member across the Foundation Program — typically 6 weeks. By the end, they know the business, the gap, and exactly what kind of specialist is needed. They only make a referral when they are confident the timing and fit are right. No premature introductions. No wasted conversations.

You receive a written brief

The brief contains: the member's name and contact details, their business type and stage, the specific problem they need solved, any relevant context from their Foundation Program, the Facilitator's recommendation, and the urgency. You know exactly what you're walking into before you make the first call.

The introduction is made — and the member is expecting you

The Facilitator tells the member your name and a little about you before the introduction. They are not surprised by your call. They know who you are, why you are calling, and that the Facilitator trusts you. The first conversation is warm from the first word. Your response time target is 24 hours from receiving the brief.

You close the work on your own terms

Your fees, your scope, your engagement. ARC makes the introduction and steps back. The commercial relationship is entirely between you and the client. You are not paying a percentage of the work. You are not constrained by ARC's pricing. The entry fee covers your place in the rotation — the work is yours.

The Facilitator follows up

After the introduction, the Facilitator checks in with the member to ensure they connected and the work is progressing. This quality loop protects your reputation as much as theirs. If something isn't right, the Facilitator handles it — you don't get dragged into relationship issues you weren't prepared for.

The rotation system — how leads are distributed fairly

There are up to 5 Service Providers per specialist hub. Leads rotate through the queue based on a self-balancing system — the SP who has received the fewest leads goes next. This means:

No SP is ever skipped

Every SP in the rotation receives an equal share of leads over time. The system self-corrects automatically.

No cherry-picking

Leads are assigned by rotation, not by Facilitator preference. The quality of your work determines your reputation — not your relationship with any individual.

Transparent tracking

Lead counts are tracked in ARC's system. You can see where you sit in the rotation at any time via the Facilitator.

24-hour response rule

SPs must respond to a brief within 24 hours. If you don't respond, the lead goes to the next SP and you return to the back of the queue.

After each engagement, a brief outcome note back to the Facilitator. Not a detailed report — just enough for them to close the loop with the member and maintain quality records.

On entry fee: The entry fee reflects the lead volume expectation for your hub and covers ARC's administration, Facilitator training, and system maintenance. Higher-volume hubs (Finance, Legal, Marketing) are priced toward the upper end. Niche or emerging hubs are priced at the lower end. Exact fee confirmed at your SP conversation.

Common questions

How many leads can I expect?

Lead volume grows with the network. In the early phase, expect 2–4 qualified referrals per month per hub. As ARC scales, this increases. The entry fee is priced to reflect early-stage volume — not a mature network. You are joining at the ground floor.

What if I can't take a lead right now?

If you are at capacity, you can pass on a lead. You return to your position in the queue and the lead goes to the next SP. Passing is acceptable occasionally — consistently passing signals you may not be the right fit for the rotation, and we will have a conversation about it.

Can I be in more than one hub?

Yes, if your practice genuinely spans more than one hub. A finance broker who also does business planning could hold positions in Financing and New Development. Each hub requires a separate entry and counts as a separate rotation slot.

What happens if an engagement goes wrong?

Disputes between an SP and a member are handled through ARC's dispute process, facilitated by the hub Facilitator. ARC does not take sides but does investigate. Confirmed poor conduct by an SP results in removal from the rotation without refund of the entry fee.

What does the SP conversation involve?

A 20-minute call with the ARC Facilitator. They will ask about your practice, your experience, who your ideal client is, and how you work. They will explain the rotation, the brief format, and what the network expects. No sales pitch — it is a mutual assessment. We are choosing each other.
