You have arrived here because you have either just met Darren at a live event, or he has invited you via LinkedIn. Over the next three months we are building connections with Service Providers and improving our systems. If you would like to be involved, one of the four entry points below will take you to the right onboarding process.

ARC has four ways in. Tap the one that fits.
Start with your Pillar — the diagnostic that tells ARC exactly where to route you. One free Foundation Program. A dedicated Facilitator. AI support from the Business Builder Foreman. Complete your Pillar, get your score, and let the Building Crew take it from there.
Every member journey begins with a Pillar — the diagnostic that identifies your biggest challenge and routes you to the right specialist. From there, members are guided through a free Foundation Program, connected with a dedicated Facilitator, and matched to the hub that fits. ARC's 7 hub sites are the specialist gateways. The Pillar is where it all starts.
ARC is a system. The principles below govern every hub, every project, and every facilitator in the network — regardless of who is running them.
Two ways to get started, both end the same way — you connected with the right specialist.
Brief intake, fast match.
Tell us your problem in a few sentences, give your contact details, and a Facilitator will reach you to connect you with the right specialist. Best for time-poor business owners who want a quick path forward.
Connect Me Now →Proper diagnostic, scored outcome.
Pick your area of need and run a 6-question diagnostic. You get a scored, flag-annotated result the Facilitator and specialist can both work from. Best for owners who want to understand their situation before being matched.
Walk Me Through →ARC has 16 areas of expertise. Tap the one that fits your situation best.
Choose your Cluster
A Cluster is the broad operational area you need help with.
Three quick questions, then your contact details. Done.
Hubs are the specialist areas inside each Cluster. Tap the one closest to your situation.
Cluster:
If your situation isn’t covered by any Hub below, tap Other at the bottom and write it in — we’ll route you the same way.
Each focus area runs a short diagnostic that surfaces what's working and what's not.

Facilitators are the human face of ARC inside their community. Read what the role involves, then apply.
A Facilitator is the trusted local face of ARC inside a community. You guide Members to the right specialists, run intake conversations, hold the relationship across the engagement, and help shape your local Hub as it grows.
Each Facilitator is paired with AI infrastructure that handles routing, scheduling, follow-ups, and admin so the Fac can stay focused on the human work — conversations, judgement calls, relationships. You don’t need to be technical. The AI takes care of the systems; you take care of the people.
Facilitators earn a share of revenue from Members and Solutions Providers in their Hub. The structure is recurring — you build a community of mutual support that compounds over time, not a one-off transaction.
Most Facilitators run their Hub alongside their existing work. Expect 8–15 hours a week in the first six months while your Hub establishes; less ongoing as the AI infrastructure handles more of the operational load.
People who are trusted in their community. People who’ve already done the work of building relationships and want a structure that lets those relationships compound. Background experience matters less than judgement and care.
This overview is a starting point. The senior Facilitator who reviews your application will go through the full role spec with you on the call.
