ARC is a community where you grow by doing. Every role is an opportunity to develop real skills, build genuine relationships, and contribute to something that matters — and when you do, you earn a pin that shows where you have been.
ARC pins are not decoration. Each one represents something you have actually done — a role you have taken on, a skill you have built, a contribution the community recognises. They grow with you as you do.
Each role comes with skills you will develop, a community that supports you, and an AI assistant you can call on when you need guidance. You do not need to be fully qualified to start — you just need to be willing to show up and learn.
