Connectors · ARCtic Circle

I'm a Connector — and I'd like to be paid for it.

Some people just know everyone. They're the first call when someone needs a recommendation. They make introductions for free, every week, because that's what they do.

If that's you — ARC pays you for it.

What ARC is

The Australian Resource Centre is a network for small business owners. They come to ARC with a problem — a tax issue, a marketing gap, a cashflow squeeze, a legal question — and a Facilitator routes them to the right specialist inside the right Hub.

The whole network runs on warm introductions. Every Member who walks in came from someone who told them about ARC.

That someone is a Connector.

How the commercial side works

You introduce a business owner to ARC. They join. A Facilitator runs them through a Pillar diagnostic, has the conversation, makes the introduction to the right specialist.

You get 5% trailing commission on the Facilitator's share of every dollar that Member spends inside ARC — for as long as that Member stays in the network.

Trailing means it doesn't stop. If you bring someone into ARC in 2026 and they're still active in 2029, you're still getting paid on them in 2029. There is no clawback, no time limit, no reset. They're your introduction. Permanently.

This isn't a referral fee. It's a structural piece of how ARC distributes revenue. Connectors are recognised in the network's compensation tier — the ARCtic Circle — alongside Facilitators and Service Providers.

How it works in practice

1
You register.

Form below. We confirm you're set up, give you your Connector code, and walk you through what to send people.

2
You introduce.

When a business owner you know has a problem ARC can help with, you point them to ARC. Use your Connector code so the introduction is tracked.

3
ARC takes it from there.

Facilitator runs the diagnostic. Specialist runs the engagement. The Member stays connected.

4
You get paid.

5% of the Facilitator's share, for as long as that Member is in the network. Paid as the revenue is paid.

What ARC asks of you

One thing: introduce people who actually need what ARC does.

This isn't a list-spamming game. ARC's reputation depends on the quality of every Member who walks in. A Connector who sends people who don't fit costs ARC more than they earn. A Connector who sends the right people compounds in value over years.

If you understand the difference, you're already a Connector. ARC just makes the commercial side official.
