ARC has four tiers — Cluster, Hub, Spoke, Service Provider. As a Facilitator, you run one Hub. You hold the relationships across all the Spokes inside it. You don't operate the Spokes individually — those run on SPs and ORACLE routing. You operate the Hub as a whole. The team and the engine carry everything else.

Part 2 · The Money

Your database is your wealth.

Every conversation grows the asset. Every Member, every SP, every Fac, every BP — tagged to your name, forever. The trail income compounds on everything they ever do inside ARC. The longer you do this, the more the asset earns regardless of what you do that day.

Three layers of income. All live from Day 1.

i. Hub profit share

Profit share on the Hub you build.

10% of Hub income flows directly to the Facilitators inside that Hub. As your Hub matures, the share grows. As the Cluster builds out around you, the network effect compounds the value of the seat you hold.

This is the long-term wealth work. Builds quietly underneath everything else.

ii. Trail income

Earn on everything your network ever does.

Every name in your database pays you a trail. Every Member, every SP, every Fac — tagged to your name automatically. The tag never expires. You earn a trailing percentage on everything they ever spend inside ARC, for as long as they stay.

Member spend Every transaction Subscriptions, Jewels, Hub-specific solutions. Forever they stay.
Education Every program Every learning program a Member, SP, or Fac in your database buys. Across all 16 Clusters.
SP value packs Every package SPs in your Hub buy Value Packs to access lead flow. Every package they ever buy.

One Member acquired today = trail income across years. If they stay 5 years and engage across multiple Hubs, you earn from every transaction. Multiply that by 50 Members. Then 200. That's the asset.

iii. Brand Partner commission

20% on every Brand Partner seat you place.

A Brand Partner seat is a $15,000 position taken by specialist companies whose products serve Australian SMEs — software platforms, training providers, finance houses. Companies whose growth depends on getting in front of the operators ARC's engine is already pulling in.

Facs are out in the world every week — BNI, industry events, networking circles, LinkedIn. Some specialists they meet fit a BP seat better than an SP roster. When a Fac places a Brand Partner, ARC pays 20% commission on the seat fee.

Upfront option $3,000 20% of $15,000. Paid on settlement. Cleaner, faster.
Payment plan $3,600 20% of $18,000 ($6,000 × 3). Paid as the BP's payments land.
No quota Pure upside. No Fac has to place a single BP. Cream rises.
Founding designation

The 45 Phase 1 Facilitators are the founding cohort. Once founding, always founding. No entry fee. Permanent designation. First in line for everything that comes next.

Part 3 · Where it goes

Run a Hub today. Build a network tomorrow.

Founding Facilitator is the entry point. The doors that open from there are wider than any role you've held before. Career inside ARC isn't a corporate ladder — it's a widening set of choices. As Phase 1 matures and the network expands to other cities, then activates more Clusters, the operators who built the prototype get first pick of where they go.

Run one Hub. Have the conversations. Make the introductions. Earn the profit share, the trails, the BP commission. This is the role. Everything else builds from here.

Fac Trainer / Manager

For Facs who develop other Facs
As Phase 1 founding Facs hit their stride, some take on training and mentoring the next cohort — Phase 2 Facs in new cities, Phase 3 Facs in new Clusters. A paid role on top of the Hub Fac base.
iii.

Hub Builder

Hubs in new cities or Clusters
A founding Fac who proves the prototype becomes a candidate to build the same Hub in Sydney, Brisbane, Perth — or build a new Hub inside an adjacent Cluster. Profit share on the new Hub stacks with the original.
iv.

Cluster Builder

Standing up new Clusters
ARC's full architecture is 16 Clusters. The Facs who proved Cluster 1 are first in line to build the next ones — Health, Investment, Education, Personal Development. Strategic role. Real ownership. Stacked profit share.

Build Your Own

Where you take it
Some Facs will see a Hub or Cluster ARC hasn't built yet — fitted to their specific passion, their specific network. Build your own. Inside the architecture, with the profit-share model intact. The 16-Cluster framework is the boundary. What fills it is your choice.
