Four ways into ARC. Which fits you?

You've seen the architecture. This page is about you — the role that fits where you are, what you bring, and what you want from a community of business owners working in unison.

Self-select the one that resonates. Tell us a bit about yourself. Darren follows up.

Lighter on-ramps
Role i. · Connector

Connector

You already know business owners. Get compensated for the introductions you make.

Connectors are the people who already have reach into the SME community — networkers, referrers, advisors, influencers. You introduce business owners to ARC; ARC delivers; you earn trail on what your introductions become. An ongoing relationship, not a full role.

Who this is for Anyone with reach into the SME community who already makes introductions and wants to be compensated for them.
What this commits you to An ongoing relationship, not a structured role. You introduce; ARC delivers; trail earnings follow what your introductions become.
Role ii. · Service Provider

Service Provider

A specialist inside a Spoke. Pre-briefed Member introductions, structured place in the network.

Service Providers are the specialists — accountants, lawyers, marketers, brokers, coaches, IT consultants — who deliver actual work to Members routed by Facilitators. SPs sit inside Spokes (specific problem areas) and arrive at every conversation already briefed on the Member's context.

Who this is for Specialists who want pre-briefed Member introductions and a structured position in the network instead of cold-prospecting.
What this commits you to Operating under the five SP standards: 24-hour acknowledgement, 7-day first conversation, honest fit assessment, no off-Pillar solicitation, post-engagement feedback. Lead-flow fees for non-founding SPs.
Deeper commitments
Role iii. · Facilitator

Facilitator

Run one Hub. The human face of ARC for Members in that Hub.

Facilitators run a single Hub end-to-end — recruiting Members, routing them to the right Service Providers, holding the relationships across years. Equity-holding role with commission-based income. The role ARC is built around.

Who this is for People ready to commit to building one Hub alongside ARC's deployment over multiple years — operationally responsible, relationship-led, not transactional.
What this commits you to Operational responsibility for one Hub. Recruiting and serving Members. Holding relationships across years. Multi-year arc, not a side project.
iv. · I Need a Solution

I need a solution.

A business challenge in front of you right now. Tell us what it is and we'll connect you with the right specialist.

This is the one pathway that's fully operational right now. You don't need to be a Member, fill out a program, or commit to anything. Tell us what's pressing and a Facilitator will connect you with the right specialist inside the network — pre-briefed and ready.

Who this is for Business owners who have a specific problem in front of them right now — finance, legal, marketing, HR, IT, or anything else — and want to be connected with the right specialist without the runaround.
What happens next Fill in the form below. A Facilitator reviews your details, routes you to the right Hub and Spoke, and makes the introduction. The specialist arrives already knowing your context.

Picked one? Tell us about yourself — Darren will follow up.

Step 2 · Tell us about you

A short introduction.

Same form whichever role you picked. The fields you fill help Darren prepare a useful first conversation — not a cold call.

Thanks. Darren will be in touch shortly.

We've got your details and the role you selected. Darren will follow up with a 1-pager and a meeting time — the conversation starts where you do.
