On the home page, Wealth Creation is named as one of three pillars — alongside Education and Solutions — that ARC delivers to every Member. Education is the foundation. Solutions are the walls. Wealth Creation is the roof.

This is the page where the pillar becomes operational. Wealth Creation lives, architecturally, as a Hub — the Wealth Creation Hub, located inside the Investment Cluster. The pillar is what ARC promises to every Member; the Hub is where it actually happens.

What's underneath: a four-stage progression measured in real dollars. $100K. $250K. $500K. $1M. Cumulative across the journey. Gated by progression, not by the wealth a Member arrives with. With a Facilitator alongside the Member the whole way.

The journey starts with Pillar 1 — your Wealth Creation Profile. A short structured diagnostic that becomes the substrate every stage rests on. From there: the Hub.

At the network level, Wealth Creation is the architectural commitment ARC makes to every Member: the community is structurally built to keep value circulating, and over time it produces a path to genuine wealth — not extracted out, not siphoned to systems that don't have your back.

At the operational level, that promise has a home. The Wealth Creation Hub is where the work happens — Spokes, Service Providers, Facilitators, structured progression. A Member who chooses this path doesn't get wealth as a vague aspiration. They get a Hub with a clear shape.

The progression

The Wealth Creation Hub is a sequential journey, not a sorted ladder of options. Every Member who chooses this path moves through the same four stages, in order. Each stage has a specific dollar target, and each target is cumulative — a Member who completes Stage 1 enters Stage 2 carrying the $100K with them, building toward the $250K total.

What every stage does

Each stage is its own program. Same job, increasing altitude.

i.
Audits where the Member is. Skills, resources, network, current revenue, current capacity.
ii.
Identifies what's missing. The skills and resources the Member needs to hit the stage's dollar target.
iii.
Connects to Service Providers. SPs deliver the learning and the structural work — bespoke to the Member's path.
iv.
Connects to other Members on the same rung. Peer accountability, shared work, cohort dynamics.
v.
Delivers the dollar target. Real, in the pocket, attributable to ARC's hand in it.
vi.
Qualifies the Member into the next stage. Graduation is structural, not ceremonial — and it earns the Member a Club seat.
The standard

Real, in the pocket, attributable. The dollar is in the Member's bank account, not on a forecast slide. ARC had a traceable hand in producing it.

The path is bespoke. Direct revenue from a service. Business growth from a structural change. Wealth from a structure ARC's specialists built. A deal originated from inside the network. Or any combination.
iii.
The standard is the hand, not the path. What matters is that ARC's involvement was real — Facilitator routing, SP delivery, peer support, structural advice. How the Member got to the dollar is shaped to fit them, not standardised.

The architectural promise is the structure, not a guarantee. ARC commits to the structure that makes the dollar achievable — the Hub, the Spokes, the SPs, the Facilitator. Outcomes depend on the Member's effort and circumstances. Nothing about $100K is guaranteed; everything about the engine to pursue it is.
The community layer

Each stage opens a Club.

When a Member crosses the dollar threshold of a stage, they don't just move to the next program. They earn a seat in the Club for the stage they just completed — and that Club becomes part of their permanent ARC standing.

The $100K Club, the $250K Club, the $500K Club, the $1M Club. Each is a community of Members who have crossed that threshold inside ARC. Alumni of the stage. Peers to one another. Mentors to the next cohort entering the Spoke they just left.

The Spokes are the operational architecture — where the work of a stage gets done. The Clubs are the social architecture — where the relationships of a stage live afterwards. A Member doesn't graduate out of ARC by hitting $1M. They graduate into the Club at every threshold along the way, and the Clubs are how ARC stays alive for them long after the program of any stage ends.

Entry to a Club is earned. A Member doesn't enter the $100K Club because they have $100K — they enter Stage 1 to build the $100K with ARC's hand in it, and the Club seat is what they earn when the dollar outcome is real.

Open at the front, gated by progression at the back. Anyone can start the Wealth Creation Hub at Stage 1 — there's no wealth requirement to begin. What's gated is the climb. You earn the next stage by completing the one you're in.
Phase 1 — what's true today

Stage 1 ships first. The rest is being built.

A clean read on what's shipping now and what's being built in real time. Stage 1 — the $100K Club — is the program shipping in Phase 1. Stages 2 through 4 are architecturally locked: their shape is settled, their dollar targets are committed, and the structural design is in place.

The operational depth of Stages 2-4 is being built as the first cohort progresses. Founding Brand Partners, founding Facilitators, and the first Members through Stage 1 are at the table when later stages are spec'd in detail. This isn't a delay — it's a recruitment angle. The Members who arrive early help shape the program they'll graduate into.
